Teosyal PureSense Global Action is a sterile, transparent, non-pyrogenic viscoelastic filler of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, containing 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride by mass for its anaesthetic properties. Also listed as Teosyal Global Action, it is indicated to fill line wrinkles on the face and damaged skin such as mild or moderate nasogenian folds, peribuccal wrinkles and glabellar wrinkles. Correction sites must be properly disinfected, and it is advised to perform injections with the needle provided in the box.

Suitable for adult patients seeking correction of line wrinkles on the face, mild or moderate nasogenian folds, or peribuccal and glabellar wrinkles, as assessed by a qualified practitioner. It must not be used for the correction of superficial wrinkles, for injections other than intradermal, or for injection into the eyelids. Treatment must not proceed in the presence of: cutaneous disorders, inflammation or infection at or near the treatment site; known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid with a history of severe allergy or anaphylactic shock; known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide local anaesthetic agents; autoimmune disease; cardiac disease or treatment for heart disease, including beta blockers; hepatocellular insufficiency or treatment for liver disease; and epilepsy or porphyria.

Global Action is injected into the mid dermis at the site of the cutaneous depression in need of correction, where the cross-linked hyaluronic acid creates a volume that corrects the wrinkle.
