allpara was built by people who ran clinics, and were tired of unreliable sourcing, opaque pricing, and payment terms that punished the buyer.

We are a worldwide B2B supplier for aesthetic medicine professionals. We buy authentic product direct from manufacturers and authorised export channels, hold it in our own EU-bonded warehouses, and ship it, cold-chain and batch-traceable, to licensed clinics and pharmacies.

We carry our own stock. We are not a marketplace and not a distributor for any brand we list, which means no parallel imports, no drop-shipping, and no surprises at customs.
