PURCHASE AND PRODUCT CONDITIONS

1. ACCOUNT CREATION AND USE

1.1 Ordering Options

To place an order, you can either create an Account, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

1.2 Personal Use

Your Account is intended for personal use only and must remain confidential.

1.3 Account Closure

We may close your Account at any time, refunding any remaining balance.

1.4 Payment Issues

If we send a payment to your bank account and it is refused, and you do not provide another bank account within 28 days of our request, we may retain the funds from that account to cover expenses we have incurred, and you will not be entitled to any remaining balance.

1.5 Fraud Prevention

In the event of suspected fraud, we may hold any account balance and report such actions to the authorities.

1.6 Single Account Policy

Only one Account per user is allowed, and you must not share your username or password with anyone else.

1.7 Logout Requirement

You must log out when you leave the Account to ensure its security.

1.8 Commissions and Interest

If we earn a commission on a transaction in which we are involved or any interest on the money deposited in your Account, we may retain that commission and/or interest.

1.9 Account Cancellation

You can cancel your Account with us at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AUTHENTICITY

We guarantee the authenticity of our products, sourcing them either directly from original manufacturers or from legitimate and reliable distributors. We encourage customers to contact us directly with the aforementioned concerns before making a purchase. We are committed to transparency and will provide all available information to reassure our customers regarding the authenticity of the product.

2.3 Authenticity Disputes

In the event that a customer questions the authenticity of a product purchased from us, we will conduct a thorough investigation. Resolution may include, but is not limited to, consultation with our suppliers, laboratory testing, or other means to verify the product's origin and authenticity.

2.4 No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice; any advice we offer on the Site is general in nature and should be verified by a healthcare professional. You agree not to use a Product without taking reasonable precautions to ensure it will not cause you harm.

2.5 Product Instructions

Before using a Product, you must follow all instructions provided with that Product.

2.6 Safe Use of Medical Devices

The use of syringes, needles, threads, or any items labeled as professional medical devices can be dangerous. If you have no prior experience with these items, we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified professional trained in their use.

2.7 Product Images and Measurements

The images and measurements of products on the Site are indicative, and we cannot guarantee that the packaging displayed will be the same as what you receive, nor that the colors displayed on your screen will match those we upload.

2.8 Product Availability and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the availability and prices of products, as well as to change or remove any item we advertise and/or special offers from time to time.

2.9 Price Changes

In the event that prices change during the period between placing your order for Products and our processing of that order and payment, you will be contacted before your order is processed with the details of the new price and will have the option to cancel your order with us.

2.10 French, European, and International Customers

2.10.1 Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for import duties and taxes arising from our services, and we will not make any estimates regarding them. Customers are also responsible for resolving any issues that arise with their local customs, including completing any necessary declarations.

2.10.2 Compliance with Local Laws

You agree that you are an official importer and will ensure that your use of any product we provide is in full compliance with the laws of the country in which you intend to use it.

2.10.3 Legal Use Guarantee

You guarantee that the use of any product is legal in the jurisdiction in which you intend to use it and will indemnify us against any losses we may incur in the event of a breach of this guarantee.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

3.1 Binding Contract

A binding contract, according to these Terms, will take effect when we accept an order from you.

3.2 Order Modification

You may modify your order at any time up until the date we accept it.

3.3 Order Acknowledgment

When you place an order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the order and its value. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.4 Order Acceptance

We will notify you by email when we have accepted your order (or part of it), and this email will serve as our acceptance of that order.

3.5 Delivery of Products

We will deliver the products you have ordered according to the method you selected via the Site once we have received full payment from you.

3.6 Inability to Provide Product

If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the product you ordered even after accepting your order, we will refund all the money you have paid us, and we will have no further liability to you.

3.7 Ownership of Products

You will become the owner of the product once we have received full payment for it.

3.8 Order Rejection

If we reject your order, we will refund all amounts you have paid us using the same method you used to pay for the product within 14 days of such rejection.

3.9 Right to Refuse Orders

We have the right to refuse any order at any time and for any reason.

4. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

4.1 Payment and Delivery Timeframes

Delivery will only be made once we have received full payment from you, and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.2 Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the ordered products have expired or you did not receive the correct product. If you fall into the aforementioned cases, you must immediately send us an email upon receiving your package, explaining the problem with supporting documents to prove your claims. Outside of the cases mentioned above, once the products have left our supply chain, we do not accept returns, as we cannot guarantee that the products will be of acceptable quality and have been stored according to the manufacturer's instructions. For safety reasons, product returns are not accepted under any circumstances. The product must not be returned until you have heard from us. Incorrect merchandise must be returned unopened in their original packaging within 5 days of receiving the order. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

4.3 Shipping Insurance

We strongly advise all customers to pay for additional shipping insurance to protect their product(s) during transit. Please note that by choosing not to insure your product, you will be responsible for any damage, defects, and/or delivery losses. The potential possibility of reimbursement for loss or breakage will then depend solely on the carrier handling your delivery, who will determine your eligibility for compensation. We are not responsible for the carrier’s decision.

4.4 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is shipped, and in such case, we will refund the amount you have paid us using the payment method you used when purchasing the product.

4.5 Delivery Address and Pickup

We can only deliver to the address and via the method you specified when placing the order, and you may pick up the Product from our premises by appointment only.

4.6 Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and your contact details, as any errors cannot be rectified and/or compensated once we have shipped your order.

4.9 Return Instructions

Products that Allpara consents to be returned, or which are expressly directed in writing by Allpara to be returned, must be sent back by the Customer to Allpara or to any other destination specified by Allpara.

4.10 Replacement or Refund Requests

Customers requesting a replacement or refund, subject to our approval, must ensure that the returned item reaches us with the original packaging intact and the product unused. To arrange a return, you must inform us by email with your order date, order number, product information, and your name and address at [email protected] as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving the package. We may request photographic proof of any issue. The product must not be returned until you have received further instructions from us.

4.11 Non-Refundable Used or Damaged Products

A refund is not possible if the product has been used or if the packaging is damaged, due to safety and hygiene concerns.

4.12 Investigation of Product Authenticity

If an investigation reveals that a product does not meet our authenticity standards, we will provide the customer with appropriate solutions, which may include a refund or replacement, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

4.13 Strict Refund Criteria

No refund or replacement will be possible if they do not meet our strict refund criteria. This policy ensures the highest safety and hygiene standards, as returned products cannot be resold.

4.14 Loss of Refund Rights

Any failure to comply with these provisions may result in the loss of your right to a refund.

5. BANK CARD NUMBERS

5.1 Data Retention

We will not retain any information related to your bank or credit card, except for the information you provide to us so that we can credit your bank account.

5.2 Payment Gateways

Our payment gateways may retain information related to your bank and credit cards in order to provide their payment services.

6. VOUCHER CODES / DISCOUNT CODES / COUPON CODES

We may offer voucher codes, discount codes, and coupon codes from time to time; they will only be effective under the conditions for which they are offered.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

7.1 Submitting a Complaint

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a product or service we offer, please contact us at [email protected] by providing all the details of your dispute or complaint. It is imperative that this communication is made in writing and submitted within 14 days either from the shipping date from our facility or from the date the package was delivered to you, whichever is applicable.

7.2 Mediation Attempt

If the issue cannot be resolved within 60 days following your initial notification, we both agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation in accordance with the mediation procedure of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution Model (“CEDR”).

7.3 Mediator Selection

Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the mediator will be chosen by CEDR.

7.4 Initiating Mediation

To initiate mediation, each party must provide the other with written notice (“ADR Notice”) requesting mediation. A copy of the request must be sent to CEDR.

7.5 Mediation Timeline

Mediation will commence no later than 60 days from the date of delivery of the ADR written notice.

7.6 Irrevocable Agreement to Mediate

You and we both irrevocably agree that neither you nor we may initiate legal proceedings concerning any dispute arising from any matter related to these Terms until we have attempted to resolve the dispute through mediation.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 Delivery Instructions

We will do our best to adhere to any delivery instructions you specify, but we cannot guarantee that we will do so and accept no liability if we fail to comply. If you have such instructions, they must be clearly stated in your order and sent by email to [email protected].

8.2 Transfer of Liability

Any liability will transfer to the customer once the package has been shipped.

8.3 Indirect Losses

While we support our products, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses
