The protocol is three injection sessions at a maximum of every three weeks, not exceeding one 5 ml vial per session; touch-up sessions are needed to maintain the result. Patient profile

Viscoderm Skinkò E is intended for adult patients presenting fine lines and wrinkles, particularly in the perioral and periorbital areas, and skin requiring nutrient supply and support of metabolic functions in the epidermis and dermis. Suitability is determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment, and the periorbital and perioral areas are delicate zones requiring appropriate technique. It must not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components, in patients with a skin disease or skin alteration of any type, in patients with a history of auto-immune disease or receiving immunotherapy, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in people under 18 years of age. Patients with a history of streptococcal disease, such as recurrent angina or acute articular rheumatism, must undergo a double test before any injection, and injection is not recommended in acute articular rheumatism with cardiac involvement.

How Viscoderm Skinkò E Works

Viscoderm Skinkò E combines 32 mg of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid per 5 ml vial, equivalent to 6.4 mg/ml, with more than 50 bioactive components including antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The formulation supports the supply of nutrients and metabolic functions in the epidermis and dermis. The deep action on fibroblasts helps maintain skin elasticity, while the superficial action on keratinocytes improves the protective barrier against external damaging factors. The anti-ageing complex works on hydration and skin brightening. Its amino acids help retain moisture and strengthen the skin barrier, and its B vitamins support skin repair. Phenylalanine, tryptophan and tyrosine help absorb UV rays, although the product does not replace sunscreen, and its vitamins, minerals and amino acids help counter the oxidative stress linked to UV exposure. Glutamic acid, vitamins B12 and B5 and phenylalanine contribute to a more even skin tone.
