The manufacturer positions it for moderate to severe wrinkles, naming nasolabial folds, marionette lines and other moderate-to-deep facial wrinkles, and describes it as effectively restoring volume and smoothing prominent folds. Placement is the mid dermis, which puts it between the finer Plus Fine and the firmer Extra Deep Plus in the range. It contains no anaesthetic. Professional use

For professional use only, by licensed medical practitioners trained in dermal filler injection technique. Hyamax Deep Plus is a member of the Hyamax CE Series. The manufacturer gives the insertion depth as the mid and deep dermis, supplied as 2 pre-filled syringes of 1.0 mL with a standard luer-lock fitting and 27G half-inch needles. It contains no anaesthetic, so comfort management is planned separately by the practitioner. Storage: 2 to 25 degrees C, optimally 10 degrees C. Avoid freezing and direct sunlight. The expiry date is indicated on each individual package. It is contraindicated for injection into the eye contours, including the eye circle and eyelids, and for injection into blood vessels. It is contraindicated in untreated epilepsy, pregnancy or breastfeeding, patients under 18, patients prone to hypertrophic scarring, known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, porphyria, injection into inflamed or infected areas such as acne or herpes, simultaneous laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peeling or dermabrasion, considerable inflammatory response to a surface peel, coagulation defects or anticoagulation therapy, overcorrection, and patients with unachievable expectations.
