Perfectha Deep Lidocaine

Perfectha Deep Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with anaesthetic for deep facial lines and skin depressions, and for facial contouring and volumisation. It targets nasolabial folds and marionette lines; contouring and volumisation of the cheekbones, chin, jawline, temples, nose and sub-orbicularis oculi fat (SOOF); and lip augmentation.

The filler contains 0.30% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride to reduce pain during and after treatment. Placement is subcutaneous, and at approximately 8,000 particles per mL, it has a high volumising capacity. BDDE is non-detectable at under 2 ppm in the finished gel. Perfectha uses Sinclair's E-BRID Technology to slow enzymatic degradation. Perfectha has been CE marked since 2007 under CE 2195, has a 2-year shelf life, and is reversible with hyaluronidase.

Perfectha Deep Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with 0.30% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride from Sinclair, for subcutaneous placement in deep facial lines and skin depressions, for face contouring and volumisation, and for lip augmentation. At approximately 8,000 particles per mL it carries high volumising capacity, third of the four variants. Its contouring and volumisation zones are the cheekbones, chin, jawline, temples, nose and sub-orbicularis oculi fat. The injection technique is unchanged from the original Perfectha, and the product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding patients or patients allergic to lidocaine.

Patient profile

Patient suitability must be determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment and according to the contraindications. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients and patients allergic to lidocaine are excluded. Patients whose concern is superficial or medium lines are better served by Perfectha Finelines or Perfectha Derm; those needing substantial volume creation at bone level by Perfectha Subskin.
