Perfectha Deep is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler for deep facial lines and skin depressions, and for facial contouring and volumisation. It targets nasolabial folds and marionette lines; contouring cheekbones, chin, jawline, temples, nose, and sub-orbicularis oculi fat (SOOF); and lip augmentation.
Perfectha uses Sinclair's E-BRID Technology to slow enzymatic degradation. Placement is subcutaneous. At approximately 8,000 particles per mL, the filler carries high volumising capacity, third of the four Perfectha variants and well above the line-focused Finelines and Derm gels. The hyaluronic acid is of non-animal origin at 20 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, cross-linked with BDDE, which is non-detectable at under 2 ppm in the finished gel.

Perfectha Deep works through cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin at 20 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, placed subcutaneously. At approximately 8,000 particles per mL it carries substantially larger particles than Finelines or Derm, and across the range, the bigger the particles, the greater the volumising effect and the longer-lasting the result. The gel is built with Sinclair's E-BRID Technology, which creates a higher number of covalent bonds to help minimise the effects of hyaluronidase and oxidation in the body, slowing enzymatic degradation. An added HA Polymer Solution Network forms a protective fluid environment around the microgel particles and acts as a lubricant so the gel injects smoothly at low extrusion force.
