VIVACY specifies a deep dermal or subcutaneous injection plan, with linear threading injection, multipoint injection or a combination of both, using 27G half-inch needles or the supplied 25G 40 mm cannula. Note that the anaesthetic in this reference is mepivacaine hydrochloride 0.3% w/w, not the lidocaine used elsewhere in the range, so anaesthetic sensitivity must be screened against mepivacaine specifically before treatment. Jawline and mandibular angle work at depth demands anatomical familiarity with the region. Injection technique and volume per treatment area are determined by the practitioner.
