Stylage Bi-Flex XXL is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler by Laboratoires VIVACY, created for facial restructuring and contouring. It is suitable for qualified medical professionals for precise, sharp restructuration of the jawline, chin, mandibular angle and cheekbones, with placement in the deep dermis or subcutaneous tissue. The product contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 21 mg/mL with mannitol (35 mg/g) and 0.3% w/w mepivacaine hydrochloride, comes in the Bi-Flex syringe and is intended for professional use.

Stylage Bi-Flex XXL is a Class III medical device (CE 0344), non-reimbursable, intended for administration by qualified medical practitioners trained in volumising and contouring dermal filler technique, using aseptic technique. VIVACY specifies a deep dermal or subcutaneous injection plan, with linear threading injection, multipoint injection or a combination of both, using 27G half-inch needles or the supplied 25G 40 mm cannula. Note that the anaesthetic in this reference is mepivacaine hydrochloride 0.3% w/w, not the lidocaine used elsewhere in the range, so anaesthetic sensitivity must be screened against mepivacaine specifically before treatment. Jawline and mandibular angle work at depth demands anatomical familiarity with the region. Injection technique and volume per treatment area are determined by the practitioner.
