Stylage Bi-Soft M Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler by Laboratoires VIVACY, formulated for balanced facial correction of medium wrinkles. Stylage Bi-Soft M Lidocaine is a Class III medical device (CE 0344) to be administered only by appropriately trained healthcare professionals who are qualified or accredited in accordance with national law. The procedure requires injection into the dermis, or into the subcutaneous plane when adding volume to the back of the hand. The technique involves linear threading, multipoint injection, or a combination of both methods. Delivery is performed using a 30G half-inch needle or a cannula, with the exact gauge and length selected by the practitioner. The Bi-SOFT injection system is an ergonomic bi-material syringe with an optimised centre of gravity, which VIVACY designed to reduce the sensation of injection force and to improve grip, stability and injection volume control. Patient selection, screening for anaesthetic sensitivity, injection technique and aftercare remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.

Suitable for adult patients presenting medium facial lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines or labial commissures, or seeking lip contour definition or lip augmentation, where the added injection comfort of the anaesthetic presentation is preferred. Because this reference contains an amide-type local anaesthetic, patients with known lidocaine sensitivity are not candidates. Individual suitability and treatment planning are determined by the practitioner.

Stylage Bi-Soft M Lidocaine works through cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, a concentration VIVACY balances for medium facial lines: dense enough to fill the line and hold it, fluid enough to spread evenly through the dermis, which is what VIVACY describes as its high spreading effect and good filling capacity. The mannitol-enriched buffer scavenges oxygen-free radicals and helps protect the hyaluronic acid against degradation once injected. The lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate 0.3% w/w acts locally to reduce the pain related to injection. This makes it suitable for smoothing nasolabial folds, marionette lines and labial commissures, and for lip contour and lip augmentation work.
