Stylage Bi-Soft XXL is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler by Laboratoires VIVACY, formulated for facial restructuring and contouring. The Stylage XXL gel is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid volumiser designed for facial restructuring: placed in deeper tissue to sharpen the cheekbones, augment the chin and redefine the jawline and mandibular angle, supporting the tissue and resisting spread once placed. At 21 mg/g it is rheologically the firmest of the range, with high elasticity so it responds to the mechanical pressures exerted on it after injection, and high viscosity so it is less prone to spreading within the tissues and delivers projection. The Stylage Bi-Soft S, Stylage Bi-Soft M and Stylage Bi-Soft L references are formulated for lines and wrinkles instead.
