Stylage Bi-Soft XL is intended for administration by qualified medical practitioners trained in volumising dermal filler techniques, using aseptic technique. Injection must be administered by a legally authorised practitioner trained in implant injection techniques. VIVACY specifies deep injection into the dermis or the subcutaneous plane. This reference is supplied without an incorporated anaesthetic, so practitioners who require anaesthetic support must either apply topical anaesthesia or select the separate Stylage Bi-Soft XL Lidocaine reference. Injection technique and volume per treatment area are determined by the practitioner.

Suitable for adult patients presenting age-related facial volume loss, or facial sagging associated with volume loss, as assessed by a qualified practitioner. Because this is a volumising gel placed deeply into the dermis or subcutaneously, anatomical assessment and treatment planning are led by the practitioner. This reference contains no anaesthetic, so patient comfort management is planned separately. The product is a Class III medical device (CE 0344).

The Stylage XL gel is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid volumiser that restores or creates facial volume once placed in deeper tissue, lifting and supporting areas that have lost structure with age. The phosphate buffer is enriched with mannitol, which is itself the antioxidant: VIVACY credits mannitol with scavenging oxygen-free radicals, a thermal stabilising effect and protecting the hyaluronic acid against degradation; there is no separate antioxidants ingredient. The patented Bi-SOFT syringe system contributes on the delivery side rather than the gel side: VIVACY describes it as reducing the sensation of injection force, adding grip and stability, and improving readability of the injected volume, which matters when placing a volumiser. This makes it suitable for facial remodelling and midface volume restoration rather than the correction of fine surface lines.

No. This reference is supplied without anaesthetic. VIVACY also supplies STYLAGE XL with lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate 0.3% w/w, sold here as Stylage Bi-Soft XL Lidocaine.

As a non-exhaustive list: inflammation, redness, swelling, pain, erythema, induration, nodules, colouration or discolouration, and bruising.
