Olidia 365 - also known as Olidia 365MG or Olidia PLLA 365MG - is an injectable PLLA-based dermal filler from the OLIDIA brand (manufacturer PRP SCIENCE Co., Ltd., South Korea), designed for deep dermal use to support the correction of severe facial wrinkles and folds, replacement of volume defects, facial lipoatrophy, and improvement of facial contour deformities. Each vial contains 365 mg of dry powder - 150 mg poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), 90 mg sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and 125 mg mannitol - supplied as a single sterile vial and reconstituted with 5 mL of sterile water for injection prior to use, then injected into the lower dermis or hypodermis.

For reconstitution, connect an 18G needle to the syringe and add 5 mL of sterile water for injection. For the injection itself, use a 26G sterile cannula or a 26G sterile needle, depending on the case-by-case treatment purpose.

Do not use until any infection or inflammation at or near the injection site is resolved. Do not use in patients hypersensitive to the product or its components. Do not use in patients with malfunction of the liver or blood coagulation. Safety has not been established in patients susceptible to keloids, hyperpigmentation, or hypertrophic scarring. In patients with a history of herpetic eruption, injection may trigger recurrence.
