Pluryal Volume

Pluryal Volume is a monophasic, highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from the Pluryal Fillers Essentials range, manufactured by MD Skin Solutions Laboratoires in Luxembourg. It is formulated at 2.3% (23 mg/mL) hyaluronic acid obtained from Streptococcus equi bacteria and cross-linked with BDDE to a residual level of ≤ 2 ppm in a phosphate buffer with NaCl, and carries an elastic modulus (G’) of 400,000 mPa. It is indicated for correcting deeper wrinkles and folds, increasing or restoring volume to the face and remodelling facial contours, and can also address medical reconstructive purposes such as facial lipoatrophy, debilitating scars and morphological asymmetry. Supplied in a 1 mL syringe and injected into the deep dermis or subcutis, it is repeated every 9-12 months or as required. Pluryal Volume does not contain lidocaine and is a distinct product from Pluryal Volume Lidocaine, which adds 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride for injection comfort. It is a class III medical device for professional use only.
