Each 1 mL syringe contains cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 20 mg/ml, produced by fermentation of Streptococcus equi, and glycerol 17.5 mg/ml in phosphate buffer at pH 7, and this presentation contains no lidocaine. The treatment regimen may be renewed at the earliest after 6 months, with a maximum annual dose of 12 mL.

BELOTERO Revive is contra-indicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of its components, especially sodium hyaluronate, glycerol or BDDE; in pregnant and breast-feeding women; in patients under 18 years old; in patients presenting a general infection; and in patients presenting an active auto-immune disease. It must not be injected into blood vessels, or into skin areas presenting active cutaneous inflammation or infection. This presentation contains no lidocaine, so the amide-anaesthetic contraindication that applies to the lidocaine-containing grades in the range does not apply here. Patient selection and suitability are determined by the practitioner at consultation.
