Pluryal Classic

Pluryal Classic is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from the Pluryal Fillers Essentials range, by PLURYAL (MD Skin Solutions), indicated for the correction of moderate to severe nasolabial folds and for lip reshaping and volume enhancement. It also serves cosmetic and medical reconstructive purposes such as facial lipoatrophy, debilitating scars and morphological asymmetry, and it is injected into the mid to deep dermis, with treatment repeated every 5-6 months or as required. The filler is formulated at 2.3% (23 mg/mL) hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, obtained from Streptococcus equi bacteria and cross-linked with BDDE to a residual level of ≤ 2 ppm in a phosphate buffer with NaCl, and has an elastic modulus (G’) of 195,000 mPa and a 10 N extrusion force. It is supplied as 1 x 1 mL.

Pluryal Classic is a class III medical device, to be used only by doctors who have received specific training on intradermal injection techniques. Composition and specification: cross-linked hyaluronic acid 2.3% (23 mg/mL) obtained from Streptococcus equi, phosphate buffer, NaCl; BDDE cross-linked (≤ 2 ppm); molecular weight 3 million Da; G’ 195,000 mPa; extrusion force 10 N; endotoxins < 0.5 EU/mL; steam sterilized. Level of injection: mid to deep dermis. Treatment frequency: every 5-6 months or as required. Read the Instructions For Use supplied with the product before treatment, and inform patients about possible side effects.
