Pluryal Silk is a polynucleotide (PN) skin biostimulator by PLURYAL, formulated specifically for delicate skin zones such as the peri-orbital and peri-oral areas. It is indicated for under-eye wrinkles, crow's feet and dark circles, and also for scars and stretch marks. The product contains 15 mg of polynucleotides per 2 mL syringe (7.5 mg/mL) and is a sterile, CE-marked class III medical device intended for professional intradermal use only.

Pluryal Silk is a class III medical device administered by intradermal injection into the deep dermis (mid dermis around the lips and eyes) of thin, delicate skin areas, following clinical assessment, using the multi-puncture, micro-droplet or point-by-point technique.

Perfil do paciente
Suitable for adult patients seeking regeneration of delicate or thin skin (peri-orbital, peri-oral, neck, décolleté and body) and treatment of scars or stretch marks, as assessed by a medical practitioner. In a prospective observational study (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2026), a single-centre, uncontrolled series of 42 patients aged 25-65, 38 of whom were followed up at 6 months, intradermal Pluryal Silk injections, two sessions three weeks apart, were associated with significant improvement of under-eye wrinkles and crow's feet at every follow-up, peaking at three months (FACE-Q appraisal improved by 9.5 points for the lower eyelids and by 10.6 points for crow's feet, p < 0.001), with minimal adverse events.

Pluryal Silk works through a gentle polynucleotide (PN) formulation at 7.5 mg/mL (SALMOSTIM® polynucleotides extracted from controlled, certified farmed salmon milt), injected intradermally to stimulate fibroblast-driven cellular repair, modulate inflammation and induce collagen synthesis in delicate skin zones. A prospective observational study in 42 patients with under-eye wrinkles and crow's feet showed improvement peaking at three months, and an ex-vivo human-skin study showed a significant 7% increase in total collagen content in the papillary and upper reticular dermis at day 9 (p < 0.01), a very good result for this parameter, where increases usually range from 5 to 8% because the dermis already holds a high quantity of total collagen, supporting the biostimulatory action of polynucleotides at the dermal level.
