Two-factor authentication

An extra layer of protection on your ALLPARA wholesale account. Even if your password is exposed, no one can sign in without the rotating code on your phone.

Why we recommend it

Your account holds your pricing, order history and payment terms. Two-factor authentication makes sure only you can access it, even on a shared or compromised device. It takes two minutes to set up and protects your business.

/ 02 · SETUP

How to enable it

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone (see the list).
  2. Open My account, then Connection & Security.
  3. Under Two-factor authentication, select Enable.
  4. Scan the QR code shown on screen with the app.
  5. Type the 6-digit code the app generates to confirm.
  6. Save your backup codes in a safe place.

/ 03 · RECOVERY

If you lose access to your phone

Use one of the backup codes you saved during setup. If you no longer have them, contact your account manager and we will reset it after verifying your identity. We never disable protection without confirming it is really you.
