Juvéderm Volift

Juvéderm Volift with Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid injectable by Allergan Aesthetics, developed for facial contouring, volume restoration and correction of deeper skin depressions. It is suitable for authorised medical practitioners for addressing facial volume loss, asymmetry and contour irregularities affecting areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin and lower face. The product contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 17.5 mg/mL and 3 mg/mL of lidocaine hydrochloride in a phosphate buffer at pH 7.2 and is intended for professional use. Each box contains two 1 mL pre-filled syringes, four single-use 30G 1/2" needles and traceability labels.

• Cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, sterile and pyrogen-free
• Contains lidocaine, so no separate anaesthetic is required at the site
• Each box holds two 1 mL syringes with four single-use 30G 1/2 inch needles and traceability labels
• A 25G, 27G or 30G sterile cannula may be used instead of the supplied needle, at the practitioner's discretion

Utilização profissional

Juvéderm Volift is an injectable medical device supplied for administration by an authorised medical practitioner in a controlled clinical setting. It is not for retail sale to consumers and never for self-administration. It is injected into the deep dermis or the lip mucosa, and the injection plane, volume per site and technique are selected by the treating practitioner. It must not be injected in the periorbital area, meaning the eyelids, under-eye area and crow's feet, or in the glabellar region. It must not be injected into blood vessels, since intravascular injection may lead to embolisation, occlusion of the vessels, ischaemia or infarction, and it must not be overcorrected. Volift and Volift Retouch are separate references supplied in different syringe volumes and must not be substituted for one another.

Perfil do paciente

For adult patients assessed as suitable by the treating practitioner. Selection, injected volume, plane and technique follow clinical assessment by the practitioner. The product must not be used in patients suffering from untreated epilepsy, patients who tend to develop hypertrophic scarring, patients with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or to gram-positive bacterial proteins, patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or to amide-type local anaesthetics, patients suffering from porphyria, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or children. It must not be used in areas presenting cutaneous inflammatory or infectious processes such as acne or herpes.
