Protocolo / Duração Injection volume depends on the correction required and is at the practitioner's discretion; the recommended dose per treatment site is 0.5 mL for the tear trough and 1 mL for the crow's feet. A maximum of two treatment sessions per year is recommended, with a recommended maximum of 15 mL per year. Wait until any side effects have resolved (minimum interval of 3 weeks) between injections. Touch-up sessions can maintain the desired correction, except for the tear trough zone. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid resorption is expected between 6 and 12 months.

It must not be injected into the eyelids, into blood vessels, or into an area where a non-absorbable filler has already been injected. It should not be used immediately before or after laser treatment, deep chemical peeling or dermabrasion.

Fillmed Art Filler Eyes must not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, or amide-type local anaesthetics; in patients with autoimmune illness or receiving immunotherapy; in patients with a history of severe multiple allergies or anaphylactic shock; in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy; in patients affected by porphyria; in patients prone to hypertrophic scars; in patients with a medical history of recurring sore throats related to rheumatic fever localised in the heart; in conjunction with cytochrome P450 inhibitors, due to lidocaine interactions; in persons under 18 years old; in pregnant or breastfeeding women; or in areas with inflamed and/or contagious skin lesions such as acne or herpes. Patient suitability is otherwise determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment.
