MCCM HA SENSEI II is an injectable dermal filler from the MCCM MEDICAL COSMETICS brand (manufacturer Mesosystem S.A., Portugal), developed to restore facial volume and to reduce the severity and volume of wrinkles. It is suitable for qualified practitioners only, for professional use, with clinical data supporting its use in the nasolabial folds. The product is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, bioabsorbable gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, made from non-animal hyaluronic acid that is produced by Streptococcus equi fermentation and cross-linked with BDDE. Sterile single-use needles (23G or 27G) are required and are not included.

MCCM HA SENSEI 2 is intended strictly for professional use by qualified aesthetic practitioners. It is a Class III injectable dermal filler administered by injection into the mid-dermis of the nasolabial folds using a sterile single-use needle (23G or 27G, not included); clinical data support up to 1 mL per side per session, not exceeding 2 mL per patient per session. It is used in a hospital or private medical office with appropriate aseptic facilities. It is indicated for adults aged 35 and over and must not be used in anyone under 35 or in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contraindications include known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or streptococcal proteins, allergy to the anaesthetic used, active infection or inflammation at the injection site, autoimmune disease or a history of streptococcal disease, ongoing anticoagulant or immunosuppressive therapy, and more.

Adults aged 35 and over; not for use in anyone under 35 or in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Clinical data are limited in patients older than 65, with Fitzpatrick skin phototypes V and VI, with wrinkles graded below 2 on the Modified Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Scale, with scars, moles or sunburn close to the nasolabial folds, or who have had or will have another aesthetic treatment close to the nasolabial folds; use with caution in these patients.
