Revolax Fine Lidocaine

Revolax Fine Lidocaine is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler by REVOLAX, created for superficial lines and delicate facial corrections. As a lightweight injectable solution, it is suitable for superficial dermal placement to smooth fine lines, crow's feet, glabellar lines, forehead lines and neck wrinkles. The gel contains 24 mg/mL of hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine (3 mg/mL), and the product is intended strictly for professional use.

Zastosowanie profesjonalne

Revolax Fine with Lidocaine is an injectable medical device for administration by trained medical professionals only, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. It is indicated for intradermal implantation and is placed in the superficial dermis, by linear threading or a series of point injections using the needle supplied. Before treatment the patient's suitability and medical history must be assessed, and the patient informed of the indications, contraindications and possible adverse effects. The area to be treated should be disinfected thoroughly and the product injected under sterile conditions; keep the syringe at room temperature for 30 minutes before injection and press the plunger until a small drop is visible at the needle tip. It must not be injected into blood vessels, and it must not be injected into the eye contour, meaning the ocular circle or the eyelids. If the needle blocks, do not increase pressure on the plunger rod; stop and replace the needle. Revolax Fine Lidocaine and Revolax Fine are separate references at different concentrations and volumes, and must not be substituted for one another.

Profil pacjenta

For adult patients assessed as suitable by the treating practitioner, typically those seeking correction of superficial lines rather than volume or structural support. It must not be used in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, in people under 18 years of age, in patients known to be hypersensitive to hyaluronic acid, or in patients who tend to develop hypertrophic scarring. It must not be used in association with laser therapy, chemical peeling or dermabrasion, or in areas presenting cutaneous inflammatory or infectious processes. It must not be used in patients with coagulation disorders, or who have received thrombolytic, anticoagulant or platelet aggregation inhibitor therapy in the previous two weeks. Because it contains lidocaine, the total dose of lidocaine administered must be taken into account where a dental block or topical lidocaine is used at the same time; high doses above 400 mg can cause acute toxic reactions affecting the central nervous system and cardiac conduction. Lidocaine should be used with caution in patients receiving other local anaesthetics or structurally related agents such as certain antiarrhythmics, since systemic toxic effects may be additive, and in patients with epilepsy, cardiac conduction disorders, severe hepatic impairment or severe renal dysfunction.
