Lanluma V

Lanluma V is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen-stimulating injectable, manufactured in South Korea and developed for gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation of the face, neck and décolleté. It is positioned for smaller and more versatile treatment areas than its counterpart Lanluma X, and it works by stimulating the body's own collagen production. It is intended for professional use.

Zastosowanie profesjonalne

For use by licensed medical professionals trained and authorised in PLLA injection only. Supplied as a sterile dry powder: 1 vial contains 210 mg poly-L-lactic acid. Reconstitute with 15 mL sterile water to obtain 14 mg/mL, shake the vial for 10 minutes, then let it stand for at least 1 hour to ensure complete hydration; agitate strongly for 1 minute immediately before use until a uniform translucent suspension is obtained. Double dilution gives 7 mg/mL and triple dilution 4.7 mg/mL; hyper-dilution is recommended for thin skin. 1 mL of 2% lidocaine may be added for patient comfort - account for the cumulative lidocaine dose. Administered subcutaneously by needle or cannula: typically a 21G cannula or 21-23G needle for the face, 22-23G for the neck, 23G for the décolleté, 21-22G for the hands (suprafascial on the hands), 21-23G for the arms and abdomen, 21G for the thighs and knees, and 18-23G for cellulite. Use 18-23G cannulas to limit clogging. Not to be used in or near the periorbital area, the lip or the eye contour; injection in the perioral region is contraindicated.

Contraindicated in patients with active inflammation or infection in or near the treatment area, or with hypersensitivity to any of the components; not to be used in or near the periorbital area and the lip, or in the eye contour.
