Viscoderm Skinkò is an injectable medical device by Viscoderm, designed for deep revitalisation of the superficial and middle dermis. Usage professionnel

Viscoderm Skinkò is a Class III injectable medical device supplied for professional use only and is intended to be injected by a doctor experienced in the anatomy and physiology of the site to be treated. It is placed in the superficial or middle dermis of the face using nappage, papule, point-by-point and transdermal techniques, with a 30G needle per injection area and separate needles for drawing up and injecting. The protocol is three injection sessions at a maximum of every three weeks, not exceeding one 5 ml vial per session; touch-up sessions are needed to maintain the result. Apply only to healthy skin, and do not inject into the eyelids, glabella, eye circles or lips, nor into tendons, ligaments, bones, muscles or blood vessels.

Viscoderm Skinkò is intended for healthy adult patients presenting early signs of ageing, superficial fine lines, a dehydrated facial epidermis or loss of skin radiance and vitality, and is indicated for the superficial and middle dermis of the face, including the peri-orbital, peribuccal, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Suitability in any individual case is determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment. It must not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the components, in patients with a skin disease or skin alteration of any type, in patients with a history of auto-immune disease or receiving immunotherapy, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in people under 18 years of age. Patients with a history of streptococcal disease, such as recurrent angina or acute articular rheumatism, must undergo a double test before any injection, and injection is not recommended in acute articular rheumatism with cardiac involvement.
