Rejeunesse Shape is for use by licensed medical practitioners only, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. It is injected into the deep dermis to subcutaneous layer for the correction of deep sized depressions of the face and for facial contouring and chin and cheek augmentation, which demands advanced anatomical knowledge. Because this presentation contains an amide-type local anaesthetic, it must not be used where lidocaine is contraindicated. Rejeunesse Fine, Deep and Shape share the same 24 mg/mL concentration but are formulated for different depths and are not interchangeable. Store at 2 to 25 °C and use before the expiry date.

Patient selection, treatment area, injected volume and technique follow the practitioner's clinical assessment. Because the gel contains lidocaine, patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or to amide-type local anaesthetics must not receive it, and patients with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid must not be treated.
