Fillmed Art Filler Lips Soft is a hyaluronic acid injectable by Laboratoires FILLMED, developed for lip enhancement and the correction of appropriate facial folds. It is suitable for qualified medical professionals to increase lip volume and definition and to correct nasolabial folds of medium to deep severity, with or without marionette lines. The product contains 25 mg/g of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride and is intended for professional use. It comes with 30G 1/2" needles and should be kept between 5°C and 25°C, away from sunlight and moisture.

Fillmed Art Filler Lips Soft is intended strictly for professional use by qualified medical and aesthetic practitioners, supplied as a pre-filled single-use syringe and injected via needle or cannula into the middle to deep dermis and the mucous membrane of the lips, to increase lip volume, enhance the lip outline and fill medium and deep nasolabial folds with or without marionette lines. It must not be used for superficial and fine lines, and must not be injected into the eye area (eyelids, crow's feet, under-eye area), into blood vessels or into an area where a non-absorbable filler implant has already been injected, and must not be over-corrected. It should not be used immediately before or after laser treatment, deep chemical peeling or dermabrasion.

Fillmed Art Filler Lips Soft must not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics; in patients with a medical history of autoimmune illness or receiving immunotherapy; in patients with a history of severe multiple allergies or anaphylactic shock; in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy; in patients affected by porphyria; in patients with a tendency to develop hypertrophic scars; in patients with a medical history of recurring sore throats related to rheumatic fever localised in the heart; in conjunction with cytochrome P450 inhibitors, due to lidocaine interactions; in persons under 18 years old; in pregnant or breastfeeding women; or in areas with inflamed and/or contagious skin lesions such as acne or herpes. Patient suitability is otherwise determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment.

Fillmed Art Filler Lips Soft works through Tri-Hyal technology, combining long-chain hyaluronic acid (average molecular weight 1.0-1.5 × 10⁶ Da) and very long-chain hyaluronic acid (4.5 × 10⁶ Da), cross-linked with BDDE to a 4.3% degree of cross-linking (residual BDDE below 2 ppm). The cross-linked gel provides a filling effect and moisturizing in the lips and nasolabial folds, while 0.3% lidocaine helps improve treatment comfort during injection.
