Rejeunesse Sparkle is a cross-linked viscoelastic filler for skin rejuvenation, made of 100% cross-linked hyaluronic acid (non-animal origin) with lidocaine and manufactured by Newmedic Co., Ltd. in South Korea. It is suitable for practitioners seeking hydration and rejuvenation of the skin, with placement by superficial dermis injection. Rejeunesse Sparkle is intended strictly for professional use by qualified aesthetic practitioners and clinics, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. It is injected into the superficial dermis for hydration and rejuvenation of the skin. Because this presentation contains an amide-type local anaesthetic, it must not be used where lidocaine is contraindicated. Store at 2 to 25 °C and use before the expiry date; the shelf life of an unopened syringe is 24 months.

For adult patients assessed as suitable by the treating practitioner, typically those whose objective is skin hydration and rejuvenation rather than correction of a fold. Patient selection, treatment area, injected volume and technique follow the practitioner's clinical assessment. Because the gel contains lidocaine, patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or to amide-type local anaesthetics must not receive it, and patients with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid must not be treated.

Rejeunesse Sparkle works through 100% cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, the lightest concentration in the Rejeunesse range, placed in the superficial dermis for hydration and rejuvenation of the skin rather than for filling a fold. The gel is monophasic, which maintains a consistent injection force through the procedure. The cross-linking is what governs how long the effect lasts: once injected, hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down and absorbed by the body, so the degree of cross-linking determines longevity. The lidocaine hydrochloride at 0.3% reduces pain during treatment.
