TEOSYAL PureSense Redensity 1 is a transparent, sterile, non-pyrogenic and viscoelastic hyaluronic acid filler of non-animal origin from Teoxane SA in Geneva, developed as the skin-quality reference of the range rather than for filling a fold. It is indicated to enhance skin quality and hydration and to correct withered skin. The product contains 15 mg/mL of hyaluronic acid with 0.3% by mass of lidocaine hydrochloride. Each syringe comes with two sterile 30G 1/2 inch needles and two traceability labels.

TEOSYAL PureSense Redensity 1 is only to be administered by appropriately trained healthcare professionals who are qualified or accredited in accordance with national law, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. It must not be injected into the epidermis, into or close to a blood vessel, close to a nerve, or at depths other than those described. Depending on the correction required, one or more treatment sessions or a touch-up may be needed to reach an optimal result, which is for the treating practitioner to determine.

For adults assessed as suitable by the treating practitioner, typically those whose objective is skin quality and hydration rather than correction of a fold. It must not be used in patients with cutaneous disorders, inflammation or infection at or near the treatment site, since injection procedures can lead to reactivation of latent or subclinical herpes viral infection. Because of the lidocaine content it must not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or to amide local anaesthetics, or in patients with hepatocellular insufficiency or undergoing related treatment.
