Pluryal Hair Density

Pluryal Hair Density is a sterile, ready-to-use, CE-marked injectable polynucleotide (PN) biostimulator, formulated for scalp and hair regeneration. It is reserved for medical practitioners only and is indicated for hair loss conditions such as androgenetic alopecia and telogen effluvium, as well as for support after hair transplantation. The product contains 15 mg of polynucleotides per 2 mL syringe (7.5 mg/mL) and is intended strictly for professional use.

Utilização profissional

Pluryal Hair Density is a class III medical device for professional use only, reserved for trained medical practitioners. It is administered by intradermal injection into the deep dermis of the scalp using a microbolus, multi-puncture or linear threading technique. Indicated for androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium and as adjuvant therapy after hair transplant, LED light or PRP. For androgenetic alopecia the protocol is 10 sessions over 4 months, followed by monthly maintenance.

Perfil do paciente

Suitable for adult men and women across androgenetic alopecia stages I-IV, with telogen effluvium, or requiring post-transplant support, following clinical assessment. A clinical study of 20 patients (10 men, 10 women; mean age 37.7 ± 8.1) published in the Archives of Dermatological Research reported a significant reduction in hair shedding, an increased anagen/telogen ratio, a 24.2% increase in terminal hairs at week 24 and improved hair thickness, with only mild, transient adverse effects and no serious adverse events.
