Pluryal Classic Lidocaine is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from the Pluryal Fillers Lidocaine range, by PLURYAL (MD Skin Solutions), indicated for correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds and for increasing lip volume. It also addresses facial lipoatrophy, debilitating scars and morphological asymmetry, and as a versatile, soft filler it can be used in the lips as well as in the dermis, injected into the mid to deep dermis with treatment repeated every 9-12 months or as required. The filler is formulated at 2.3% (23 mg/mL) hyaluronic acid obtained from Streptococcus equi bacteria, cross-linked with BDDE to a residual level of ≤ 2 ppm, in a phosphate buffer with NaCl and 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, which has the ancillary role of reducing pain when the skin is injected.

Composition and specification: cross-linked hyaluronic acid 2.3% (23 mg/mL) obtained from Streptococcus equi, phosphate buffer, NaCl, 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride (purity according to ICH Q3B limits); BDDE cross-linked (≤ 2 ppm); molecular weight 3 million Da; G’ 195,000 mPa; extrusion force 10 N; endotoxins ≤ 2 EU/mL; steam sterilized. Level of injection: mid to deep dermis. Treatment frequency: 9-12 months or as required.
