Saypha Rich

Saypha Rich is a sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, clear, transparent, isotonic and homogenised injectable gel implant from Croma-Pharma in Austria, a skin booster developed to replenish hyaluronic acid lost through ageing and improve skin hydration, tone and elasticity. Practitioners use it to refresh the skin around small lines like crow's feet, smile lines or lines around the mouth, injected into the superficial dermal tissue, preferably deeper. Unlike the rest of the range it is not cross-linked, with non-animal sodium hyaluronate at 18 mg/ml from Streptococcus equi bacteria and glycerol 20 mg/ml in phosphate-citrate buffer at pH 6.8 to 7.6. Each box holds one pre-filled 1.0 ml syringe with two 30G 1/2 inch disposable sterile needles.

専門的な使用

Saypha Rich must be injected into non-inflamed, disinfected, healthy skin by an appropriately trained practitioner, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. Technique is essential to the outcome: use the 30G 1/2 inch needle provided with the syringe and inject slowly with the appropriate technique. The gel attracts water and increases its volume in situ, so large volumes should be avoided in the periorbital area. Initial treatment can be supplemented with one or two additional sessions at a three-week interval, depending on the skin's condition. A light massage after injection helps distribute the product uniformly. It must not be used in areas presenting cutaneous, inflammatory or infectious processes, or in association with laser therapy, chemical peeling or dermabrasion. Do not use any needle or syringe other than those provided, do not bend the needle, and do not re-use the syringe.

対象となる患者

For adult patients assessed as suitable by the treating practitioner, typically those whose objective is skin hydration and quality rather than correction of a fold. The amount injected depends on the skin's condition and need. This reference contains no anaesthetic. It must not be used in patients who tend to develop hypertrophic scars, have pigment disorders or a susceptibility to keloid formation, in patients with a history of autoimmune disease or receiving immune therapy, in patients known to be hypersensitive to hyaluronic acid, in patients who have previously received permanent fillers in the area to be treated, in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in patients under 18 years of age. Patients on anticoagulants or receiving platelet aggregation inhibitors such as acetylsalicylic acid should not be treated without consulting their doctors.
