Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine
Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with anaesthetic properties and the dedicated volumiser in the Perfectha range, intended for building volume and facial contours. Its areas are the cheekbones, forehead, temples, chin, jawline, nose bridge and hands, placed from the deep subcutaneous plane to the supraperiosteum, and it carries the range's strongest duration evidence: a prospective study on Perfectha Subskin for malar and mental enhancement reported results up to 18 months. It contains 0.30% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride, added during the manufacture of the bulk gel to reduce pain during and after treatment, and otherwise does not differ from the original Perfectha Subskin, with the same 20 mg/mL non-animal hyaluronic acid in phosphate-buffered saline, the same cross-linking and the same injection technique; BDDE is non-detectable at under 2 ppm in the finished gel. At approximately 2,000 particles per mL it has the largest particles and the highest volumising capacity of the four variants, and it is elastic and viscous enough to be mouldable, combining the ease of injection of a monophasic gel with the durability of a biphasic gel. Perfectha is CE-marked under CE 2195, has a 2-year shelf life and is reversible with hyaluronidase. It is intended for professional use.

Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with 0.30% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride from Sinclair, for deep subcutaneous to supraperiosteal placement in the creation of volume and facial contours. At approximately 2,000 particles per mL it has the largest particles and the highest volumising capacity of the four variants, and is elastic and viscous enough to be mouldable, so it can be shaped during placement. Documented zones are the cheekbones, chin, jawline, temples, forehead, bridge of the nose and hands. Treatment records show it used with cannula as well as needle for cheeks, chin and jawline. The injection technique is unchanged from the original Perfectha, and the product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding patients or patients allergic to lidocaine.

Perfil del paciente
Patient suitability must be determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment and according to the contraindications. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients and patients allergic to lidocaine are excluded. As the most volumising reference in the range, it is the least suited to superficial or delicate correction; patients whose concern is fine or medium lines are better served by Perfectha Finelines or Perfectha Derm.
Cómo funciona Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine
Perfectha Subskin Lidocaine works through cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin at 20 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline, placed from the deep subcutaneous plane down to the supraperiosteum, with 0.30% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride added at the bulk-gel formulation stage to reduce discomfort during and after treatment. There is no other difference from the original Perfectha Subskin: the same hyaluronic acid concentration, the same cross-linking, the same injection technique. At approximately 2,000 particles per mL it has the largest particles and the highest volumising capacity of the four Perfectha variants. It is elastic and viscous enough to be mouldable, so the practitioner can shape the face while the gel still restores or creates volume and redefines contour, and it offers the ease of injection of a monophasic gel with the durability of a biphasic. The E-BRID Technology creates a higher number of covalent bonds to help minimise the effects of hyaluronidase and oxidation in the body, slowing enzymatic degradation.
