Fillmed Art Filler Lips is intended strictly for professional use by qualified medical and aesthetic practitioners, supplied as a pre-filled single-use syringe and injected via needle or cannula for lip volume. It must not be injected into blood vessels or into an area where a non-absorbable filler implant has already been injected, and must not be over-corrected. It should not be used immediately before or after laser treatment, deep chemical peeling or dermabrasion.

Fillmed Art Filler Lips must not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or amide-type local anaesthetics; in patients with a medical history of autoimmune illness or receiving immunotherapy; in patients with a history of severe multiple allergies or anaphylactic shock; in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy; in patients affected by porphyria; in patients with a tendency to develop hypertrophic scars; in patients with a medical history of recurring sore throats related to rheumatic fever localised in the heart; in conjunction with cytochrome P450 inhibitors, due to lidocaine interactions; in persons under 18 years old; in pregnant or breastfeeding women; or in areas with inflamed and/or contagious skin lesions such as acne or herpes. Patient suitability is otherwise determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment.
