Aquashine HA is a sterile injectable intradermal implant manufactured by Caregen Co., Ltd. in South Korea, based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid and designed to smooth wrinkles and folds. Placed in the middle and superficial dermis, the gel binds water in the tissue to restore dermal density and the facial oval and to provide deep hydration. Its sodium hyaluronate is of non-animal, biosynthetic origin and is cross-linked with BDDE, with residual BDDE below 1 ppm. 专业用途
Aquashine HA is intended for administration only by qualified medical personnel trained in intradermal injection technique, using aseptic technique. It is placed in the middle and superficial dermis using the supplied 30G (0.30 x 13 mm) needle, by linear (threading), linear-point, point or grid technique. It must not be combined with implants or gels from other manufacturers in a single procedure; injection into the eyelids and intravascular injection are strictly prohibited. Single use, one patient only; do not re-sterilise. Patient selection, injection technique and aftercare remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.

Suitable for adult patients seeking correction of wrinkles and folds, restoration of hydrobalance and dermal structure, and rejuvenation of the skin, as assessed by a qualified practitioner. Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation, allergy to any component, systemic retinoid, anticoagulant/antithrombotic or immunosuppressive therapy, inflammatory infiltrates, progressive chronic dermatoses, herpetic infection, paraneoplastic processes at the injection site, and decompensated severe somatic disease. In patients under 18, only with the consent of a legal representative.

Aquashine HA is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel at 15 mg/ml of sodium hyaluronate in a phosphate buffer. Placed in the middle and superficial dermis, the cross-linked hyaluronic acid binds water in the tissue, so the effect is restored moisture, improved dermal density and smoothing of wrinkles and folds rather than deep volumising. Full resorption occurs at approximately one month, with the aesthetic effect retained from one to six months depending on the skin, the wrinkle and the technique used.
