Sunekos Performa is a Class III medical device for professional use only, to be administered by appropriately trained healthcare professionals, with specific training required for areas such as the periocular region, décolleté and hands. Before treatment, practitioners should review contraindications, inform the patient of risks and precautions, and use particular caution where implants are present. The product is for single-use, single-patient use, must not be resterilised, frozen or mixed with other injectables, except where specifically allowed with Sunekos 1200. The maximum full-face dose is 3.5 mL. Treatment details must be recorded, the patient must receive the completed Implant Card, and serious incidents should be reported to the manufacturer, distributor and relevant authority.

Sunekos Performa is intended for adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate facial or neck skin imperfections, wrinkles and laxity. Patient suitability should be assessed by a qualified practitioner, with additional training required for areas such as the periocular region, décolleté and hands. It is contraindicated in patients with allergy to its components, pregnancy or breastfeeding, active inflammation or infection, ongoing anticoagulant therapy, systemic soft-tissue autoimmune disease, active cancer, or immunosuppressive/chemotherapy treatment. It should not be used at the same time as other aesthetic or plastic-surgery procedures. Possible local reactions include pain, warmth, itching, swelling, inflammation, bleeding and bruising, which generally resolve within a few days.
