Stylage Bi-Soft L Lidocaine

Stylage Bi-Soft L Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler by Laboratoires VIVACY, designed for filling medium and deep wrinkles and well adapted to small volume enhancement. It is suitable for qualified medical professionals treating skin depressions of the face, mainly the nasolabial folds and temples, and restoring volume to the back of the hand, with a more volumising gel than STYLAGE S and STYLAGE M. The product contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL in a mannitol-enriched buffer (35 mg/g) with 0.3% w/w lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate and is intended for professional use.

Stylage Bi-Soft L Lidocaine is a Class III medical device (CE 0344) to be administered only by appropriately trained healthcare professionals who are qualified or accredited in accordance with national law. VIVACY specifies injection into the deep dermis, and into the subcutaneous plane for volume of the back of the hand, using linear threading, multipoint injection or a combination of both, with a 27G half-inch needle or a cannula whose gauge and length are selected by the practitioner. The Bi-SOFT injection system is an ergonomic bi-material syringe with an optimised centre of gravity, which VIVACY designed to reduce the sensation of injection force and to improve grip, stability and injection volume control. Patient selection, screening for anaesthetic sensitivity, injection technique and aftercare remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.

対象となる患者

Suitable for adult patients presenting medium and deep facial wrinkles or skin depressions of the face, or seeking small volume enhancement in areas such as the temples, where the added injection comfort of the anaesthetic presentation is preferred. Because this reference contains an amide-type local anaesthetic, patients with known lidocaine sensitivity are not candidates. Individual suitability and treatment planning are determined by the practitioner.
