Neauvia Intense Flux
Neauvia Intense Flux is a PEG cross-linked, biodegradable hyaluronic acid filler manufactured by Matex Lab in Brindisi, Italy, intended to restore lost volume of the soft tissue and resorbed over time. It is the Intense line's reference for intradermal and subcutaneous placement where a light touch is wanted, and it comes with the finest needles in the line, 27G and 30G. Its hyaluronic acid is concentrated at 26 mg/mL with a medium extrusion force, enriched with glycine and L-proline as in every filler of the range. Neauvia's patented Smart Crosslinking Technology combines hyaluronic acid and PEGDE in one network within the gel.

Indicaciones y uso profesional
Indicaciones principales
- Restoration of lost volume of the soft tissue
Uso profesional
For professional use. Neauvia Intense Flux is only to be used by physicians in accordance with local legislation, trained in the injection techniques of hyaluronic acid based fillers, and is not for retail sale or self-administration. It is placed intradermally and/or in the subcutis using the 27G or 30G needle supplied in the box. Its high thermodynamic stability and heat resistance are what allow it to be used within combined protocols alongside energy-based devices.
Zonas de tratamiento

Perfil del paciente
Suitable for adult patients presenting with age-related volume loss of the soft tissue, as determined by the treating practitioner following clinical assessment. Facial ageing is a composite three-dimensional process involving bone, soft tissue and skin, in which deep fat atrophies while superficial fat repositions or hypertrophies, so the practitioner selects the grade of filler and the plane of placement according to which layer has changed.
Cómo funciona Neauvia Intense Flux
Neauvia Intense Flux functions as a space-filling agent, mechanically expanding the soft tissue and adding volume directly where it is placed. Its PEGDE cross-linking gives the hydrogel high conformational flexibility, allowing shape modification without structural damage, which governs how the gel behaves under mechanical stress both during injection and through its life in the tissue. Glycine and L-proline are added to the phosphate buffer solution to tune the viscoelastic properties and swelling resistance, giving better control of the hydrogel's swelling capacity in the post-implant phase. The gel is a temporary filling, with a 6 month degradation average time.

Preguntas frecuentes
How does Intense Flux differ from Intense LV?
Both carry 26 mg/mL hyaluronic acid and are placed intradermally or in the subcutis. Intense Flux has a medium extrusion force and is supplied with 27G or 30G needles. Intense LV has a medium to high extrusion force with 21G or 22G needles or cannulas, which makes it the firmer of the two.
Why does Neauvia use PEG rather than BDDE as a crosslinker?
PEG is an established pharmaceutical polymer chosen for its versatility and safety profile. Neauvia reports that no crosslinker residuals remain and no changes in the surrounding tissues can be observed after complete degradation, and that the filling is reversible.
