Every MaiLi filler is a gel of biofermentative hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE, with 3 mg/mL lidocaine hydrochloride. MaiLi Precise (15 mg/mL) treats fine lines and medium skin depressions, and MaiLi Define (18 mg/mL) treats deep skin depressions. Both are also used for scar tissue. MaiLi Volume (21 mg/mL) and MaiLi Extreme (24 mg/mL) are used for volume restoration, including volume lost through HIV-associated lipoatrophy. All units are original and batch traceable.
