MAILI is a range of CE-marked hyaluronic acid dermal fillers by Sinclair Pharma, made in Switzerland, for qualified practitioners only. Every MaiLi filler is a gel of biofermentative hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE, with 3 mg/mL lidocaine hydrochloride. MaiLi Precise (15 mg/mL) treats fine lines and medium skin depressions, and MaiLi Define (18 mg/mL) treats deep skin depressions. Both are also used for scar tissue. MaiLi Volume (21 mg/mL) and MaiLi Extreme (24 mg/mL) are used for volume restoration, including volume lost through HIV-associated lipoatrophy. All units are original and batch traceable. What is the difference between MAILI Precise, Define, Volume and Extreme?
The four MaiLi fillers differ in hyaluronic acid concentration and injection depth. MaiLi Precise (15 mg/mL) is injected into the dermis and MaiLi Define (18 mg/mL) into the deep dermis, both with a 30G needle. MaiLi Volume (21 mg/mL) and MaiLi Extreme (24 mg/mL) are injected into the subcutaneous fat tissue or supraperiosteal zone with a 27G needle, by specialists trained in these techniques.
Which treatment areas is MAILI used for?
MAILI fillers are used on the face and lips. MaiLi Precise treats fine lines and medium skin depressions of the face and is used for lip definition and enhancement, and MaiLi Define treats deep skin depressions and is used for lip enhancement; for the lips, both are injected into the lip mucosa. MaiLi Volume and MaiLi Extreme restore facial volume.
Do MAILI fillers contain lidocaine?
