Stylage Bi-Flex M Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler by Laboratoires VIVACY, developed for facial balancing and natural correction of medium wrinkles. It is suitable for qualified medical professionals treating the nasolabial folds, marionette lines and labial commissures. The product contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL with mannitol (35 mg/g) and 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate, is presented in the Bi-Flex syringe and is intended for professional use.

Stylage Bi-Flex M Lidocaine is a Class III medical device (CE 0344), to be administered only by appropriately trained healthcare professionals who are qualified or accredited in accordance with national law, using aseptic technique. The injection plan is the dermis, or the subcutaneous layer when restoring volume on the back of the hand, with linear threading, multipoint injection or a combination of both, using a 30G half-inch needle or a cannula whose gauge and length are selected by the practitioner. This reference contains lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate 0.3% w/w, so patients must be screened for sensitivity to amide-type local anaesthetics before treatment. The Bi-FLEX syringe provides larger central fins that ease prehension during the aspiration test, and improved pre-aspiration. Injection technique and volume per treatment area are determined by the practitioner.

Suitable for adult patients presenting medium facial wrinkles, or seeking natural facial balancing in areas such as the nasolabial folds, marionette lines and labial commissures, as assessed by a qualified practitioner. Patients with fine or superficial lines are better served by the lighter S reference, and those with deep wrinkles by the L reference. Because this reference contains an amide-type local anaesthetic, patients with known lidocaine sensitivity are not candidates.
