Mesopeel Melanoplus ® Description
Mesopeel Melanoplus ® is a depigmenting, self-neutralizing peel indicated for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma, freckles, and lentigos.
Features of Mesopeel ® Melanoplus
Mesopeel ® Melanoplus contains 20% of TCA, 4% of kojic acid, 1% of ferulic acid and 1% of bexaretinyl complex.
TCA (trichloroacetic acid) stimulates skin’s proteins and fibroblasts activity, enhances kerato coagulation, and improves mechanical and physiological qualities of the skin.
Kojic acid is a chelation agent, which supports tyrosinase (copper-containing enzyme) inhibition. Also, it has a depigmentation properties and doesn’t induce irritation.
Ferulic acid (hydroxycinnamic acid) prevents tyrosinase activity and formation of undesirable hyperpigmentation. It protects the dermal structure and neutralizes free radicals.
Bexaretinyl complex is a retinoid that stimulates melanin dispersion, enhances cellular proliferation, and decreases loss of collagen and increases dermis and epidermis thickness.

Treatment procedure of Mesopeel ® Melanoplus peel takes half an hour. This does not require a recovery period. Mesopeel ® Melanoplus is suitable for use on the face, neck, hands and body.
Duration of the Effect of Mesopeel ® Melanoplus
A one to five procedures are recommended with 2 week rest periods. The initial treatment period and duration of results differ for each patient. However, maintenance sessions are recommended. Not more than 2 procedures per year.
Side Effects of Mesopeel ® Melanoplus
Mesopeel ® Melanoplus has a low side-effects. In some cases you may experience some itching or discomfort. Usually it takes about 3 – 5 days. In the case of intense side-effects, terminate procedure immediately.
How to Use Mesopeel ® Melanoplus
Peel should be applied on cleansed and dry skin. Use 5 ml of peeling and gently apply it with a brush. Leave it for 5 minutes maximum. Avoid eyes area.
